Producer, TRUE SON

TRUE SON follows 22 year old Stanford graduate Michael Tubbs and his campaign to win a seat on Stockton, CA City Council during a year of record homicides and impending bankruptcy. My sister and I premiered the film at the 2014 Tribeca Film Festival, and later sold it to the Fusion Network/Univision. 

Michael is now the mayor of Stockton CA. The film can currently be viewed on the Fusion Network.
